What, exactly, is 30A? Is it a town? Is it a highway? In fact, it’s a mix of both! 30A is the name used to capture several small beach towns along Gulf Coast Highway 30A. You will not be disappointed coming here to explore these unique micro-destinations!

You have arrived... Blue Mountain Beach is a place where you can access Draper Lake and 30A’s other massive dune lakes by foot, bike, or golf cart. Named for its native blue Lupine flowers and the Gulf Coast’s highest altitude, Blue Mountain Beach is truly unique.

Right next door: Grayton Beach State Park. Here you will find a snorkel reef in the shape of a Sea Turtle, that is close enough to the shore to be reached by kayak or paddle board.

"A home away from home, the beach is calling but we had a hard time getting out of such a comfortable bed! The balcony outside of the master bedroom also made it possible to slow down our routine and enjoy the sunrise. The spacious kitchen and living room met our large family’s needs. One of the greatest conveniences, especially for families, is that the pool is in fact, just steps out of the back door. The neighborhood itself is quaint and quietly tucked away. The short golf cart ride to beach access, local restaurants, coffee, and ice cream shops can’t be beat! Our family felt welcomed and truly at home. Dylan was quickly responsive to any questions that arose. We hope to return as soon as possible!"

"This home has it all! Great location - beautiful, quiet neighborhood just a quick ride (or walk) to the beach and just a few steps to the neighborhood pool. Our family stayed here with kids and they loved to swim, look out the tower, and sit around the fire pit. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well after a long day on the beach and swimming. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook family meals. The place was so clean and Dylan was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely come back and stay here the next time we visit 30A!"
